The Site

Located to the east of Ringmer, Land off Turnpike Farm measures 9.9ha (24.46 acres) and is contiguous with the settlement boundary of Broyle Side.

The Site sits to the north of the permitted development at Land South of The Broyle. West of Turnpike Farm for 70 homes (application ref: LW/22/0282 & Appeal ref: APP/P1425/W/23/3319706), as also illustrated on the Facility Plan below.

The Site comprises principally agricultural land defined by a series of ditch systems.
